Report from EAA – Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance
Representatives of governments and faith-based health service providers have met together in a ground breaking international consultation to strengthen their joint efforts to ensure no child is born with HIV.The meeting took place in Zambia, 28 February – 1 March 2013, co-organized by UNAIDS, Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance (EAA), and Caritas Internationalis, as part of efforts to implement UNAIDS’ “Global Plan towards the elimination of new HIV infections among children by 2015 and keeping their mothers alive”.
